We are proud to offer a range of meal prep options tailored to your dietary needs and preferences, all prepared with love and attention to detail. If you’re tired of spending hours every week planning and preparing meals and/or find it challenging to maintain a healthy and balanced diet with your busy schedule, we’ve got you covered.

Kitchen Melissa’s meal prep service offers you an opportunity to order meals in advance for you to enjoy throughout the week.  Each week there are two different menus, with two different pickup/delivery windows.  There is no minimum, you can order as little (or as many) meals as you'd like from one menu or both.  All meals are gluten, dairy, sugar, soy and seed oil free but there are also nut free, sesame free, nightshade free, egg free and vegan options. You can choose to pick up your meals at the market or if you spend at least $50, you can have your meals delivered right to your door (delivery fees apply).  Kitchen Melissa currently delivers to Fairfield, Southport, Westport, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Milford, Easton and Shelton. If you don't see your town here, reach out.  If you are not going to be home, you can always leave out a cooler with ice.
