Kitchen Melissa’s meal prep service offers you an opportunity to order meals in advance for you to enjoy throughout the week.  Each week there are two different menus, with two different pickup/delivery windows.  There is no minimum, you can order as little (or as many) meals as you'd like from one menu or both.  All meals are gluten, dairy, sugar, soy and seed oil free but there are also nut free, sesame free, nightshade free, egg free and vegan options. You can choose to pick up your meals at the market or if you spend at least $50, you can have your meals delivered right to your door (delivery fees apply).  Kitchen Melissa currently delivers to Fairfield, Southport, Westport, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Milford, Easton and Shelton.

Ordering windows:

• Sunday noon - Monday noon for Wednesday pickup or delivery

• Wednesday noon - Thursday noon for Saturday pickup or delivery

Pickup/Delivery windows:

• Wednesday pickup hours are 12-6

• Saturday pickup hours are 10-2

• Deliveries will be made outside of pickup hours
